United Neighborhood Health Services is a private, non-profit organization based in Nashville with a volunteer community Board of Directors. United Neighborhood was founded in 1976 and is dedicated to building a community that guarantees that everyone, without regard to their income or insurance, has quality health care that meets their individual needs.
